I heard this in Duane Reade last night at like one in the morning, and it just made me so happy I started singing along but then I got the stink eye from this lady who clearly didn’t wanna be stocking shelves then.
Wow, Bridget, you hit the nail on the head. There are certain songs that are just in my brain without me knowing, that I recall from a very fun and happy place in my child hood, and I forgot that this was one of them.
I listened to the radio a lot growing up.
“Under The Bridge” by Red Hot Chili Peppers, “If I Ever Lose My Faith In You” by Sting, and most Jon Secada singles also hit this in me.
